Informative Walk and Talk
Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 17.00
The standard walk and talk is in English. The walk starts in the PIC at Enge Kerksteeg 3 and lasts about 1.5 hours. Maximum of the group is 4 persons. The tour cost 25 euro per person. Please make a reservation by phone or email.

Online lectures:
There is also the opportunity to follow a lecture online. It is possible to sign up individually to our online lectures or request a private one for your group. In these lectures we explain the ins and outs of sex work. You will learn about how the Red Light District works, how you can get started as a sex worker, what it means to be a sex worker and get a better understanding of why people choose this line of work. There will also be enough time to answer all the questions you might have.

Are you researching sex work, writing your thesis or writing an article on sex work?
Don’t hesitate to contact us for an interview. You can come to the PIC to ask your questions 1 on 1 to a sex worker or do an interview online with a sex work expert. We have been around since 1994 and gathered a lot of information along the way. There is always a team member available for sharing our knowledge.

‘So you want to be an online sex worker?’ on Tuesday, December 7th at 17:00
Do you want to learn how (international) camming works, tips to produce your own porn or to bring your subscription sites to a new level? Then you should join the online workshop “So you want to be an online sex worker?” hosted by the PIC on December 7th, 2021!
The following questions will be answered, but your participation is also encouraged! You can email any questions you might have beforehand at pic@pic-amsterdam.com, and we’ll make sure to answer them in the workshop!
• Is there still money to be made on Onlyfans or am I too late?
• Do I have to be slim to work as a cam model? What if I don’t meet the beauty ideal, can I still make money?
• How do I know which websites can be trusted with my data?
• I don’t really want to be naked at all, but I do like to play with fetishes, can I earn enough money with that? And what if I don’t want to show my face?
The workshop is given by a sex worker, paralegal, host of the Onder Mijn Rode Paraplu Podcast and team-member of the PIC. She’s been working as an online sex worker for the past 10 years, she cams and produces her own porn.
